CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
6 split boneless chicken breasts
6 slices lean cooked ham
6 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 tsp. vegetable oil

Place one ham and cheese slice on each chicken piece, sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper. Roll up chicken to enclose ham and cheese. Secure with toothpick and brush with oil. Place bread crumbs in a flat plate. Press each chicken roll into the mixture to coat lightly. Place on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until chicken is tender. Serves 6. 352 calories each.
