“KEY LIME PIE” IS IN:

KEY LIME PIE 
1 can sweetened condensed milk
4 egg yolks
6 tbsp. Key lime juice
1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie shell

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine milk and egg yolks in the blender or food processor. Mix on low speed. Slowly add lime juice, mixing well until blended.

Pour into pie shell. Bake for 20 minutes. Refrigerate.

Topping:

1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. powdered sugar

In a mixing bowl, whip cream with vanilla and sugar until stiff.

Spread evenly across top of pie and garnish with a few slices of lime just before serving.
