RAISIN BANANA BREAD 
1/3 c. butter, softened
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 tbsp. milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. mashed bananas
1 c. chopped raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat together butter, sugar and eggs. Add milk. Stir flour with baking powder, salt and soda. Stir into egg mixture, just until moistened. Then blend in bananas, raisins and nuts. Turn into a greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 1 loaf.
