1 pkg. frozen potatoes O'Brien
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. salt free pickles, chopped
1 sm. jar pimento, diced
1/2 bottle salt-free Italian dressing
2 tbsp. vinegar
3 or 4 pkgs. Sweet 'n Low
Bacon bits

Cook potatoes according to directions on bag. Add remaining ingredients except for bacon bits. Chill. Sprinkle with bacon bits before serving.
