FETTUCCINE WITH BLUE CHEESE 
10 oz. fettuccine
1/4 lb. bleu cheese, room temperature
1/4 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Black pepper

Cook pasta according to package directions. While the pasta is cooking crumble the cheese and mix it with the cream and pepper. When pasta is cooked; drain pasta and place it in a skillet. Add the cheese mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese.
