WHITE COCONUT CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix (Betty Crocker)
1 lg. Angel Flake coconut
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
2-3 tbsp. can milk

Mix cake according to directions on box adding 1 more egg white. After mixing add 1 1/2 cups coconut. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

Place cream cheese and butter in bowl at room temperature while cake is baking. After cake has cooled 15 minutes start beating cheese and butter adding vanilla at high speed, add sugar and can milk, keep beating until creamy and smooth. Add coconut and top cake with a little extra coconut. (The more you beat this icing the better.)
