VENISON JERKY 
Venison or beef roast
1 1/2 c. soy sauce

Slice venison approximately 1/8 inch thick in strips. (Easier if meat is partially frozen). Marinate in soy sauce at least 8 hours in refrigerator (covered). Hang slices over oven racks. Bake on 125-150 degrees for 8-10 hours (overnight). Place in ziploc or Tupperware. Need not be refrigerated. Very good snack for after school!
