CHIP BEEF DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1 pkg. chipped beef, shredded
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Blend first 4 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers.
