BAR-B-QUED MEATBALLS 
3 lb. ground beef or turkey
2 eggs
1 med. onion, chopped
12 saltines, hand crushed
3/4 c. oatmeal

SAUCE:

1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. ketchup
3/4 c. western salad dressing
1 c. Open Pit BBQ sauce

Mix first 5 ingredients well and roll into balls - golf ball size. Brown slowly in butter over medium heat or cook in microwave until no pink shows. Drain meatballs. Mix sauce ingredients well and pour over meatballs. Simmer 30 to 45 minutes. Loosen from pan and turn meatballs occasionally.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
