CHICKEN & RICE CASSEROLE FOR 50 
15 c. diced chicken or turkey
10 c. white rice, cooked
5 c. bread crumbs
1 c. chopped pimento
2 c. diced celery
1 doz. lg. eggs (20 med.)
3 tbsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
10 c. chicken broth or milk
5 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. milk

Combine in large kettle the first 9 ingredients. Mix together well. Put in greased baking dishes. Bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees or until done. When ready to serve, make a sauce of the chicken soup and milk. Heat together in double boiler and pour over each serving hot.
