FESTIVE FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
12 regular marshmallows
1/2 c. butter
Few grains of salt

Mix all ingredients in a heavy 2 quart saucepan. Cook stirring constantly, over medium heat to a boil (mixture will be bubbling all over top). Boil and stir 5 minutes more. Take off heat. Stir in until completely melted 1 (6 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate pieces (1 cup). Stir in 1 cup chopped nuts and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread in a buttered 8 inch square pan. Cool. Cut into 30 pieces.
