No eggs! No milk!

Preparation time: 30 minutes.

1/3 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter (melted)
1 c. water

Mix dry ingredients. Pour into UNGREASED pan. Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes.

ONE MINUTE FUDGE ICING:

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1/2 stick butter

Combine ingredients and bring to a boil. Boil for one minute. Remove from heat. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until it begins to thicken. Pour over cake. Nuts may be added. (Double recipe for more fudge topping.)
