1 box light cake mix (white)
1 box no sugar pistachio pudding
2 1/2 c. diet 7-Up
3 egg whites

Use 9 x 13-inch sprayed pan. Heat oven to 350°F. Mix and bake 30 minutes.

Frosting:

1 (8 oz.) tub light Cool Whip
1 box sugar-free pistachio pudding
1 c. diet 7-Up
