PISTACHIO MARBLE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (not the kind with the pudding)
1 pkg. Jello pistachio instant pudding
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/4 c. chocolate syrup

Mix all ingredients except chocolate syrup in large bowl. Beat at medium speed in electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour 1/3 batter into separate bowl and stir in 1/4 cup chocolate syrup. Spoon chocolate batter alternately with remaining batter into greased and floured pan. (I use a 10 inch tube pan.) Zigzag spatula through batter to marble. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan. Drizzle white frosting (confectioners' sugar) over it while it is still warm.
