QUICHE 
1 unbaked pie shell (thawed)
1/2 c. diced bacon or ham (cooked)
1/4 c. sauteed onion
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3 eggs (beaten)
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
dash pepper

Crumble or spread bacon or ham into bottom of pie shell. Sprinkle cheese over bacon. Combine eggs, milk, and salt in mixing bowl then pour slowly over cheese in shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
