2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. maple syrup
3/4 c. pecans or walnuts
1/4 tsp. cider vinegar

Cream butter and sugar. Add unbeaten eggs and stir well. Add flour, salt, vanilla, and maple syrup. Beat well. Add nut meats. Place in unbaked crust. Bake about 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
