SOUR CREAM APPLE SQUARE 
2 c. flour
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/2 c. Seal Test sour cream
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. chopped apples

Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in walnuts. Reserve 2 cups crumb mixture. Press remaining mixture onto bottom of 13x9 inch baking pan.

Combine sour cream, egg and vanilla. Spread over crust. Top with apples. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake t 350 for 30 minutes. Cool. Chill. 12 servings.
