HOT AND SPICY CHICKEN LIVERS 
1 pt. chicken livers, drained
Cooking oil
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 or 3 tbsp. flour

Cut livers into 2 or 3 pieces depending on size. Place livers on large plate or platter. Mix all dry ingredients together except flour and put in a salt shaker. Coat livers generously with seasoning mix and sprinkle lightly with flour. Turn livers and repeat. Heat 1/2 inch cooking oil in a 10 inch frying pan. Cook livers a few at a time for about 3 or 4 minutes turning once after 2 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
