SOUR CREAM PASTRY 
1 c. butter
2 c. flour
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cut butter into flour. Add sour cream and mix well. Refrigerate for 4 hours.

In a separate bowl, combine walnuts, brown sugar and cinnamon.

Remove dough after 4 hours and divide in half. Roll half into an 8 inch circle. Spread half of sugar mix on top. Cut into strips and roll up each strip. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Frost with cream cheese frosting. Serves 10.
