SAUSAGE STRATA 
4 slices bread (any kind)
1 lb. bulk sausage, crumbled
1 c. grated sharp cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
Salt and pepper

Tear up bread and place pieces in a greased (13x9 inch) baking dish. Brown and drain sausage. Spoon sausage over the bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over mixture in the baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until it bubbles.
