DANISH BLUE DRESSING 
1/2 lb. Danish Blue or Roquefort cheese
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream or buttermilk
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Mr. Mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mash Blue and cottage cheeses together; add sour cream, mayonnaise, Mr. Mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Blend until well creamed. Store in glass jar in refrigerator. This dressing keeps for several weeks. It is delicious on a tossed green salad or you might like it on grapefruit and avocado salad.
