OVEN BARBECUED BABY BACK RIBS
4 racks of pork baby back ribs
Your favorite barbecue sauce (I like Sweet & Smoky)

Cover 2 cookie sheets with foil. Place ribs flat on sheets. Cover with more foil. Bake in very slow oven, 300 to 325 degrees for about 3 hours. Drain off excess grease during this time. When ribs are completely tender, generously spread them on both sides with sauce. Continue to bake covered until the sauce is absorbed into the ribs. It may be necessary to add more sauce during this time, about 30 to 45 minutes.

OPTION: If you want to, place ribs on the Bar-B-Q for the final step.

I made ribs today following your cooking instructions and it came out WONDERFUL! Thanks a bunch!

Low and Slow is the way to GO!

I bought those bbq sauce packets and used as a rub on the meat overnight; cooked in the oven. Took it out @ the 3 hour mark and added 'Kraft Honey BBQ Sauce' mixed with EXTRA amounts of honey, brown sugar, and ketchup and slathered that on before finishing the cooking process for an additional 45 mins. They came out AWESOME!!

I recommend you lay the foil in your pyrex baking dish and place (wrapped) ribs on foil. Bake 3 hours, unfold foil and cover ribs with sauce. Bake an additional 45 min to an hour.
