1 lb. cream cheese, room temp., beat until fluffy
2/3 c. sugar, beat in
4 eggs, beat in one at a time
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Beat 3 to 5 minutes (well mixed). Pour into greased (butter) glass pie dish.
