CHEESECAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 premade graham cracker crust

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar to cream cheese and mix well. Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Add vanilla. Pour into premade graham cracker crust. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Test with knife for doneness before removing from oven. Cool. After cooling, may be topped with any kind of filling (canned pie fillings) you wish. Suggestions: Cherry, pineapple, blueberry, or apple.
