1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix butter and sugars until creamy. Add all ingredients in order, blending as you go along. Spoon on non-greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes.
