ITALIAN BEEF 
STEP 1:
6 lb. rolled beef roast
1 1/2 c. water
3 lg. onions, chopped
1 tbsp. salt

STEP 2:
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 tsp. Accent
Mild salad peppers

STEP 1: Roast meat and ingredients and Step 1 in covered roaster for 3 hours at 325 degrees. Remove meat from juice, cool and slice thinly.

STEP 2: Add ingredients of Step 2 to the meat juice in roaster and bring to a boil. Add sliced beef to hot juice and add salad peppers, if desired.

Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. To serve, warm in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
