ITALIAN BEEF 
5-6 lb. rolled roast
3 lg. onions, chopped
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. water

In roasting pan, combine above ingredients and cook, covered at 325 degrees for 2 to 3 hours (until tender). Remove from pan and cool.

In pan, add these seasonings to the broth water and bring to boil:

1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 tsp. Accent
3 hot peppers

Slice beef very thinly. Add to liquid along with hot peppers. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Reheat at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve on poor boy buns.
