BAKED ZITI 
1/2 lb. ziti shaped pasta
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
3 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
3 c. bottled spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook ziti in boiling water until al dente (still a little firm). Drain and place in a large bowl. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Ricotta cheese and half the Mozzarella cheese. Add to the ziti and mix. Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover the bottom of the dish with half of the spaghetti sauce. Spoon the ziti mixture over the sauce. Cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and remaining Mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 20 minutes for easier serving.
