GOOSEBERRY ADAPTED SLOW COOKER
BREAKFAST
 
bag of hash browns
1/4 c. onions per person
1 Tbsp. diced red pepper per person
1/2 c. shredded cheese per person
2 eggs per persons
crumbled crisp cooked bacon, pancetta, chorizo or ham bits 2 strips per person
salt
pepper
milk 1/2 c. per person

Slow cooker: Gather ingredients. Spray slow cooker interior with olive oil.

First layer is hash browns, onions, 1/3 bacon, cheese, onions, bacon and red peppers. Mix eggs, milk, cheese and salt and pepper. Pour over layers evenly. Turn slow cooker on to low. Allow to cook for 10 hours.

This can use up to a dozen eggs and will serve 6-8.
