2 pkgs. buttermilk biscuits
1 to 2 lbs. ground beef
1 (9 to 16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce or 2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce and 1 (9 oz.) can tomato paste
6 to 8 slices American or Mozzarella cheese

Brown hamburger; drain and rinse. Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking pan and line entire bottom with 1 package of biscuits. Add hamburger over biscuits, then sauce, and finally cheese. Use second package of biscuits to form top layer of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes until top biscuits are golden brown. Serve with salad or vegetable. Serves 6 to 8.
