4 c. macaroni
1 can Spam, shredded or cubed
2 tomatoes, diced
1 lg. cucumber, diced
1 sm. onion, diced
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. chopped radishes

Boil macaroni and mix all together.

Moisten with dressing made of: 1/2 c. milk 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. prepared mustard Salt and pepper to taste

Can be served immediately but improves with refrigeration.

Footnote: As a little girl we had this salad at Alfreda Bach's. Mom made it a lot at home and now I do. We never did know what the real name was. We always called this favorite Alfreda's salad.
