MACARONI & CHEESE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni
2 c. cream style cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Cook macaroni, drain and rinse. Combine other ingredients. Add macaroni and stir. Mix well. Spoon mixture into lightly greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
