"YOKAMAE" SALAD | |
6 lg. tomatoes 3 lg. cucumbers 4 lg. sweet onions DRESSING: Sugar Salt Pepper Vinegar to taste Slice tomatoes rather thick. Slice peeled cucumbers (1/2" thick). Slice onions thin. Pour dressing over. Marinate 2 to 3 hours in refrigerator before serving. Serve with fried potatoes. |
