CORNBREAD SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix
1 egg
1/3 c. milk
4 med. tomatoes, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion
9 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sweet pickle juice

Make cornbread and chop up. Combine tomatoes, green pepper, onion, bacon and pickle juice. Layer 1/2 cornbread, 1/2 tomato mixture and 1/2 mayonnaise. Repeat. Be sure mayonnaise is the top layer. Chill.
