PINEAPPLE PRESERVE CAKE 
4 eggs
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (12-16 oz.) jar pineapple preserves

Cream butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and buttermilk. Mix flour, soda and spices together. Add to mixture. Stir in preserves. Bake in greased tube pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
