BASIL SAUCE 
1 c. basil leaves
3/4 parmesan cheese, grated
6 cloves garlic, chopped
1 1/2 c. olive oil

Place basil, cheese, garlic and half the oil in blender. Blend one minute. Slowly add rest of oil to mixture and blend well. Makes 2 cups. Freezes well. Serve with fresh vegetables, fish, or chicken. Add to vegetable soups.
