PASTA WITH TOMATO BASIL SAUCE 
2 cans tomatoes
2 tbsp. basil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
Salt & pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese
Pasta, cooked

Combine all but pasta and Parmesan cheese. Simmer gently for 45 minutes in saucepan until sauce has thickened and tomatoes are broken up. Toss in with hot pasta and sprinkle generously with Parmesan before serving.
