BBQ RIBS 
4 lb. country style ribs (pork)
2 med. onions, diced
1 bottle catsup, dilute with water
3/4 c. sweet pickle relish
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Sprinkle ribs with garlic salt, salt, and pepper. Place ribs in 550 degree oven until brown; pour off grease. Pour the sauce mix over browned ribs in baking dish and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Place in a dish deep enough so the sauce will cover ribs. Add water to sauce if necessary.
