MEXICO: RICE-A-RONI TAMALE 
1 pkg. Spanish flavor Rice-a-Roni
2 tbsp. butter & 1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 1/2 c. water
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 can pitted ripe olives
1/8 tsp. pepper
12 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 sm. can corn
Corn chips

Prepare the rice according to directions, adding the butter, water and tomatoes and envelope of taco seasoning. Meanwhile, brown meat, drain and add rice mixture, olives, pepper, cheese, corn. Heat through. Serve with corn chips on top. Serves many.
