CHICKEN AND RICE-A-RONI 
1. Bread your boneless breasts of chicken as to your liking (flour dip, milk dip and bread crumbs or whatever).

2. Brown the breasts in a skillet until slightly crispy. Just about 10 minutes each side.

3. In the meantime, prepare Rice-a-Roni as per package directions.

4. Place chicken breasts on top of rice in a pan at the step after which you add water and simmer. Let simmer, covered, as per directions.

Moist enough to cut with a fork.
