CHILII 
2 tsp. oil
1 large onion
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 can Rotel
1 tsp. salt
2 garlic bulbs
2 lbs ground beef
1 large can tomato juice
1 pkg. Williams Chili seasoning
1 can chili beans

Brown onions and garlic in 2 teaspoons oil. Add ground beef, brown. Drain fat. Add all other ingredients. Bring to boil. Simmer one hour or until ready to serve.
