MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can mild enchilada sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 c. water
1 can cream of chicken soup
Sm. can evaporated milk
1 can chopped green chiles
1/4 c. water

Brown and drain hamburger and chopped onions. Add sauce, seasoning, and 1/2 cup water. In a separate bowl mix remaining ingredients.

To assemble: In a casserole layer 1/2 package flour tortillas torn in strips with the hamburger mixture (2-3 layers). Top with the creamed mixture. Finish with 6-8 ounces grated cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Serves 6.
