CHOCOLATE ECLAIR DESSERT 
1 box graham crackers

Place one layer of crackers side by side in 9x13-inch dish.

3 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 c. milk
12 oz. container whipped topping, thawed

Mix together pudding and milk, fold in whipped topping. Put one-half mixture on top of crackers. Add another layer of crackers and top with rest of pudding mixture. Top with graham crackers.

TOPPING:

3 oz. melted unsweetened chocolate
4 tbsp. melted butter
2 tsp. vanilla
5 tbps. milk
2 c. powdered sugar (10X)

Mix together and spread over top layer of crackers.
