CHOCOLATE MOUSSE | |
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits 2 eggs 2 tbsp. Kahlua or Gran Marnier 1/2 tsp. instant coffee 3 tbsp. water 3/4 c. scalded milk Put chocolate bits, eggs, liquor into blender. Add water and coffee to scalded milk. Pour into blender. Beat at high speed for 2 minutes. Pour into 4 to 6 dessert dishes or 1 quart dish. Chill (small cups) 20 to 25 minutes. Chill 1 quart container 1 hour. Garnish with whip cream. |
