1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 (4 to 4 1/2 oz.) pkg. chocolate flavored instant pudding pie filling mix
1 c. cold water
1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, whipped

In large mixer bowl, combine Eagle Brand pudding mix and water. Beat until well blended. Chill 5 minutes. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into individual serving dishes. Chill thoroughly. Refrigerate leftovers.
