POPPY SEED BREAD | |
1 box Betty Crocker "butter pecan" cake mix 1 box coconut cream instant pudding mix 1/2 c. Wesson oil 1 c. hot water 1/4 c. poppy seed 4 eggs 1/4 c. chopped dates 1/4 c. chopped pecans (opt.) Mix all ingredients except dates and extra pecans for two minutes at medium speed. Add dates and nuts. Pour into greased loaf pan(s). Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Makes 1 large or two small loaves. Fast and easy. Freezes well. |
