1 lg. bag frozen broccoli
1 lg. bag frozen cauliflower
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz
1 can dehydrated onion rings

Cook broccoli and cauliflower as directed. In a large casserole combine soups and Cheez Whiz. Add broccoli and cauliflower. Sprinkle with onion rings. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through.
