PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4-6 pork chops
Enough potatoes to cover and layer chops, sliced (not too thin)
1 can of cream of potato or cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1/2 - 1 cube butter
1-2 tsp. onion powder
Salt and pepper
Enough milk to cover (approx. 3-5 c.)

Season and brown chops; set aside. Slice potatoes, Layer potatoes, chops, butter, seasoning and soup. Pour milk over all and cover. Place in 375 degree oven for about 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are done.
