LOW-CAL BIG COOKIE 
1 tbsp. crunchy peanut butter
2 tbsp. = 2 tsp. dry milk
2 tbsp. raisins
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 pkgs. sweetener
3/4 oz. oatmeal
2 tbsp. water

Mix all ingredients and spread in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Makes one cookie; 1 fat, 1 protein, 1 bread, 1 fruit, 1/2 milk.
