LOW-CAL TOMATO JUICE SOUP 
1 (46 oz.) can tomato, no salt juice
1 or 2 lb. diet lean meat (turkey - hamburger)
Assorted fresh vegetables: cabbage, celery, carrots, onions

Brown meat and drain. Add to juice. Dice vegetables to juice. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Amount of vegetables will vary with individual taste.
